DÉVELOPPÉ THE LEG WHERE THE KNEE IS - DON’T DROP IT✨ Often when we try to extend the leg to the side ( or front for that matter ) if we are lacking strength and flexibility, mostly strength the knee will drop down as we try to extend it all the way.
