I’m down at The Glen Haven at the south end of Skaneateles Lake — and this place is the definition of a hidden gem. Tucked away at the very end of the lake, the Glen Haven has been serving guests for over 80 years.I grabbed their Finger Lakes perch sandwich, and it was absolutely fantastic. A massive piece of perfectly fried fish, served with the classics: lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce.
