Video captured on Seattle city traffic cameras shows an SUV fleeing from police on the University Bridge on Wednesday afternoon. According to Seattle police, they spotted a stolen car and followed the car to the bridge. The driver of the stolen car broke one of the safety arms to hopped the partially open bridge and breaking an arm on the far side during their escape.
