SUPER transparent visual. My guided meditation this morning was way more interactive (if you could call it that). It went between open and closed eyes. I felt something unlock inside of myself. No idea what it was, but I feel incredible. It did make me frustrated, but that was the whole point….to see every emotion with conscious awareness. Frustration is understandable, but it isn’t helpful. So recognizing and feeling it as a pattern of energy and letting it go, as opposed to becoming wrapped up
