It looks like Cyclone ALFRED made landfall about 11:30 pm on North Stradbroke Island in Queensland. (I am using the American definition of landfall, which is when the center of the eye crosses the coast. Other nations define it slightly differently.) The cyclone has wobbled N, with the center now near Moreton Bay, and it looks like land interaction is causing ALFRED to slowly lose organization.
