Speaking through a spiral helps formulate how I’m feeling and definitely drives the spiral in a different direction. I film usually 3-5 times the same thought to ensure that’s exactly what/how I’m feeling. Same thought, different font. I’ve learned speaking through it and moving the energy around helps.
