Your brain does not learn safety in a moment. It learns safety through repetition. Through the patterns you repeat every single day. Every time you pause instead of pushing through. Every time you regulate instead of reacting. Every time you support your nervous system instead of ignoring what your body is trying to tell you. That is how your brain starts to believe life is no longer an emergency. This is why you stay stuck. You try something once. Maybe for a week. Then stop when life gets busy
