Loaf cakes are brilliant to freeze, just slice up, place back into a loaf shape and freeze. When needed you can just grab however many slices and they will defrost at room temp in an hour. So much cheaper than buying from a coffee shop and means you've got a slice waiting for whenever you fancy! | The Batch Lady
