The knowledge of the real medicine that everyday plants actually hold rather then just focusing on the taste or fruit.. Did you know strawberrys are one of the most chemically sprayed fruits? And alot of the time they are grown in rows completely covered in plastics that are just leaching into the earth.. I actually started my journey of fruit picking and farming at a strawberry farm when I quit chefing many
